No. LIVI GPs cannot prescribe medication that is classified as narcotic medication such as benzodiazepines, sleeping tablets and strong opioids like morphine and tramadol.
There are also certain medications that can be prescribed within our private service, but not within our NHS service as they are not permitted under NHS prescribing limitations (such as prescription treatments for male pattern baldness).
