Can I see a doctor if I am deaf or hard of hearing?

Absolutely. Please email the Livi support team at who will help you register for our service. Once registered, the team will book you an appointment on your behalf with a doctor that can speak British Sign Language (BSL) – or via a BSL interpreter.
